Registration Instructions

General Instructions

  • Registration will open from 25 June to 15 September 2020
  • Seniors Category is for postgraduate and undergraduate students
  • Juniors Category is open for high school students
  • All data should be written in English
  • Email and phone number for each member must not be duplicated

AUV - ROV Challenge team number

- The team members can not be less than 3 and not more than 20 including mentors or advisors

AIU Challenge team number

- The minimum number of members in each participating team is 2 and do not exceed 5 members

Team Registration Fees

AUV Challenge fees

  1. Seniors Category
    • A registration fee of 250$ will be charged for each team (10 members)
    • Additional team member will cost 10$

ROV Challenge fees

  1. Seniors Category
    • A registration fee of 250$ will be charged for each team (10 members)
    • Additional team member will cost 10$
  2. Juniors Category
    • A registration fee of 150$ will be charged for each team (10 members)
    • Additional team member will cost 10$

AIU Challenge fees

  • A registration fee of 50$ will be charged for each team (5 members)
  • Additional team member will cost 10$

Discounts Coupon:

  • If a team registered for 2 competitions, it will get a 20% discount for the second one. (To get the discount, the team must choose payment button for all challenges after completing its data)
  • The discount for the main fees only, and does not include the extra members
  • The extra members will be counted per competition, for example if a team registered in two competitions, and added extra member above 10; then the cost of the extra member is 20$

Registration Steps

  1. Choose your underwater robotics challenge and category
  2. Sign up to create your team account
  3. After signing up for the first time you will receive a confirmation link sent to your email, to verify your account
  4. After verification, go to the log in page, use your email and password to edit/complete your team data
  5. Fill and write the team data. You can save your progress and continue with the form later
  6. If you finished your team data, review for the last time and click submit
  7. You will be directed to payment page. Fees will be determined based on team category, number of participants and the challenge/s you have chosen
  8. After payment successfully completion, you will receive a confirmation mail which includes all the data you have written in the form
  9. After finishing payment, you can not edit any data.

Note: You may start working on your vehicle during the registration steps and do not wait to the registration deadline.
